Custom Products and Sizing: The products available for purchase on our website are printed on demand and are considered custom-made for each order. Due to the unique nature of these products, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges in cases where the sizing does not fit as expected. We strongly recommend that you refer to our sizing chart before placing your order to ensure that you select the appropriate size. It is the responsibility of the customer to review the sizing chart and make an informed decision.

Damaged Items: In the rare event that you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer support team at info@adelantees.com within 7 working of receiving your order. To process your refund, we may require photo evidence of the damaged item. Once we have verified the damage, we will initiate a refund for the full purchase amount, including any shipping charges, to your original method of payment.

Refund Process:

1. Contact our customer support team when receiving your order to initiate a refund request for a damaged item.

2. Provide clear photo evidence of the damaged item, including the packaging, within the timeframe specified.

3. Once we have reviewed and verified the damage, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

4. If your refund is approved, we will process the refund to your original method of payment within 10 business days.
